Dr Uttam Gupta (Ph.D in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University) is an eminent author & expert on a wide range of issues which are critical to sustainable economic development.
After a stint of teaching at Delhi University, Dr Gupta joined a leading Delhi-based ‘think tank’ National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER).
